Look, we get it - nobody actually reads Terms of Service documents. But since we're handling your affiliate revenue and player data, you probably should skim this one. We've tried to keep it straightforward.

1. Account Registration & Eligibility

To use AffiliHub, you must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to engage in affiliate marketing in your jurisdiction. When you create an account, you're confirming that:

• All registration information you provide is accurate and current
• You'll maintain the security of your account credentials
• You're not operating in jurisdictions where iGaming affiliate marketing is prohibited
• You won't share your account access with unauthorized parties

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Here's what nobody tells you about affiliate software terms - most violations happen accidentally. So let's be clear about what crosses the line:

You may not:

• Manipulate tracking data or fabricate conversions (we'll catch it anyway)
• Use the platform to promote unlicensed or fraudulent operators
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack our software
• Resell platform access without written authorization
• Spam our support team with non-urgent requests at 3 AM (use the ticket system)

3. Payment Terms & Commission Structure

Your commission structure depends on your chosen plan and operator agreements. Standard terms:

• Payment cycle: Net-30 from month-end for balances over $100
• Chargebacks: We reserve the right to deduct fraudulent player chargebacks from affiliate earnings
• Currency: All payments processed in USD unless otherwise specified
• Tax responsibility: You're responsible for reporting earnings to tax authorities

Commission disputes? Submit documentation within 30 days of the disputed period. After that, numbers are locked.

4. Data Ownership & Privacy

Your affiliate tracking data belongs to you. Period. We're just the custodian. However:

• We may use anonymized aggregate data for platform improvements
• Player personal data remains property of the operator, not the affiliate
• We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and major data protection regulations

5. Service Availability & Support

We guarantee 99.9% uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance). That said:

• Maintenance windows are announced 48 hours in advance
• Emergency patches may require brief unscheduled downtime
• Your data is backed up every 6 hours with 30-day retention

6. Termination Policy

Either party can terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination applies if you:

• Violate the Acceptable Use Policy
• Fail to pay subscription fees for 60+ days
• Engage in fraudulent activity

Upon termination, you have 90 days to export your data before account deletion.

7. Limitation of Liability

We're confident in our platform, but legally we need to state: AffiliHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for lost profits due to platform issues, though we'll work 24/7 to fix any critical bugs.

Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We'll notify you 30 days before any material changes to these terms. Continued use after notification = acceptance of new terms.
